Coach Sceola

Sceola is one of the founding members of CMS Elite, where she serves as coach and choreographer.

She has been coaching for 13 years. She started in recreational cheer but soon moved into school cheer and now all star. This is Sceola's 3rd year in all star and is very excited for the new adventure she and her team are embarking on. She has coached all ages from flag, to juniors, to middle school (which she revamped into a well respected sport at North Brandywine MS where she was the Head Coach of the 7th and 8th grade squad for 4 years), and now all star ages 10-18 (Senior Surge). Coach Sceola also coaches the Mini Watts and Senior Shock teams for CMS All Stars.

She help lead the 2016-2017 teams to earn Gold paid bids to Worlds, 1st place bids to Nationals, and 1st place bids to U.S. Finals.

Her passion for dance and her hip hop flair helps bring a twist to the standard cheer dances and routines you see. She definitely gives her heart to her routines.

Sceola lives in Coatesville and is married to Wayne Bailey. They have 4 children. Scevonne (CMS), Wayne Jon, Wayne-James, and Scezelle (CMS)

Coach Renee

Coach Renee began her cheer experience back in middle school, then again in high school.

She is a graduate of Coatesville Area Senior High School.  She later attended and graduated from Harcum College with an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Currently she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Early Education through Western Governors University (WGU) online.  She is a preschool teacher at Chester County Head Start and has enjoyed that profession for the past 21 years.

She is an active member in her church where she was part of the dance ministry and was the assistant director for the youth dance ministry.

Coach Renee has a love for watching children succeed in whatever it is they put their mind to.

Cheer was reintroduced into her life in 2016 when her daughter, a member of CMS, became a cheerleader for the youth team.  Since then, Coach Renee has coached the youth team, junior level 1, and junior level 2 teams.  Coach Renee has taken on the role of Director for the program and running the financial and parent portal.

We have been so happy to have her coaching the Voltage, Flash, and Fuse teams.

Coach Renee has 2 daughters, Lexus and NaShohn Ivy (CMS), and lives in Coatesville.
