Feel free to register and try with our no-risk trial classes***.  If you don't feel its a fit for you and your child, no worries, it's on us at no charge, just be sure to let us know right after the class and you will get an immediate refund. 

WVTG strives to make communication with our parents a priority.  This includes making it transparent, easy, and effortless as possible.  This latest web-based platform is the next step in that tradition. This webpage and the companion app are cloud-based hubs for enrollment, payments, and communications with our athletes, coaches, and parents. 

Upgrades include:

• Online enrollment and billing history

  • Credit/Debit Card only for instant enrollment.  If you choose to pay by check at the front desk you will be waitlisted until the check is received.

• Group communication through email and web app for individual cheer, gymnastics, and tumbling teams

• Monthly autopayment with debit or credit card for team parents.

  • All team parents will have the ability for monthly auto payment, and our recreational athletes and parents will be able to register and pay online to reserve their spot instantaneously.  

• Team Competition Calendars for Cheer, Gymnastics and Tumbling available online and through the app.

 

***no-risk trial class refers to first initial class attended at our facility.  If the parent prefers to not to attend further classes, WVTG must be notified during or immediately after initial class.  A full refund will be provided.  If WVTG is not notified during specified period the parent assumes the cost of the session with the option to continue with classes, of course.
