This one of a kind program blends the techniques of Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, MMA, and Self Defense with Functional Fitness exercises for an amazing workout to get fast results. All students wear pulse/heart monitors to show calorie burn, heart rate, and intensity to burn 600+ calories in 30 minutes.
